Hyderabadi heritage cuisine to satiate taste buds at Novotel Airport

HYDERABAD: The Novotel Hyderabad Airport is hosting a culinary festival featuring Hyderabadi delicacies from September 23 to October 2,2022. The food festival is being organised at Food Exchange at Novotel Hyderabad Airport in collaboration with LUQMA, a catering service lovingly put together by the women of SAFA, a social enterprise for the empowerment of women and young girls.

Two home chefs from LUQMA will present a culinary festival at Food Exchange, the hotel's recently renovated restaurant, from September 23 to October 2. The showcase will feature delicacies like Chicken Shami Kebab, Mutton Tahari, Talawa Gosh, Khatti Daal, and Kaddu ka dalcha, among many others, all of which are fast-losing recipes from Hyderabad. The LUQMA ladies will also be selling their own home-made goods, like their Biryani Masala, Chai Masala, Khatta Masala, Sukhey Kebab, and Potli Masala, among others.

The hotel has also collaborated with CEIA, one of the foremost digital food and hospitality magazines in the country, with the endeavour to bring attention to the people who deserve it most. The platform is dedicated to enlightening its readers about food trends around the world and shining a light on the hard-working and creative people behind the scenes in the food and hospitality industry.
