KTR inaugurates Founders Lab in Hyderabad
Congratulating the Founders Lab, KTR hailed the organization's mission to train and empower students to become successful entrepreneurs
HYDERABAD: K.T. Rama Rao, Minister of Information Technology and Industries, said on Wednesday that the Telangana government has created a number of platforms, including T-Hub, WE Hub, T-Works, RICH, and Agri Hub, to support and encourage the state's youth.
K.T. Rama Rao inaugurated the Founders Lab on Wednesday, a startup dedicated to unleashing students' creative potential and promoting innovation in order to develop them into ambitious entrepreneurs.
Founders Lab, based at Hyderabad's Growth Corridor Limited office, would collaborate with educational institutions, universities, and engineering colleges across the country.
During the event, KTR highlighted the abundance of opportunities in the startup sector and the Telangana government's efforts in creating platforms such as T-Hub, WE Hub, T-Works, RICH, and Agri Hub to support and encourage the youth of the state. The Minister appreciated the initiative of Founders Lab, which aims to nurture students' aspirations from the early educational stages, as a significant step towards building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Sakuntala Kasaragadda, the CEO and Founder of Founders Lab, emphasized the potential of connecting diverse fields like pharma, agriculture, management, and engineering to unearth impactful innovations for society. She said that with the collaborative efforts of educational institutions and the government, Founders Lab would extend comprehensive support and necessary services to help students become the best entrepreneurs they can be.
MLAs Nannapuneni Narender, Pilot Rohith Reddy, Special Chief Secretary, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (MA&UD) Department, Aravind Kumar, and Founder Director of Founders Lab, Satya Prasad Peddapelli were also present during the inaugural.
