KTR blasts Congress for 'destructive policy,' says BRS builds while Congress destroys

HYDERABAD: BRS Working President K Taraka Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on the Congress government, accusing it of a 'destructive policy' in the state.

"We build, you destroy," KTR remarked, highlighting the stark contrast between the BRS's housing initiative, which has resulted in the construction of one lakh double-bedroom homes, and the Congress government’s demolition drive along the Musi river.

KTR, in a tweet, condemned the Congress government for displacing residents and tearing down homes while also accusing it of misleading the public with false propaganda. "If we haven’t built anything, where did these one lakh homes come from?" KTR asked, emphasising the real progress made under former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao's leadership.

He further criticised Congress leaders for attempting 'damage control' through false claims and urged them to stop deceiving the public. According to KTR, the success of the BRS government’s housing projects demonstrates KCR's commitment to the welfare of Telangana’s people, in stark contrast to Congress’s alleged destruction.
