KTR highlighted the plight of children being forced out of their homes without warning, mentioning an incident where a young girl named Vedashree was traumatised after witnessing her parents attempt self-immolation during the demolition. He called the event heart-wrenching and said it would deeply affect anyone with a conscience.

In a pointed remark, KTR questioned if bulldozing a shoe shop owned by a woman named Kasturibai was something a humane government should do. He criticised the authorities for failing to give time even to pregnant women to collect their belongings.

KTR directed his criticism at Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, questioning whether his government had any sense of humanity. He assured the victims of the Hydraa demolitions that the BRS, along with its legal cell and representatives, would provide full legal support and stand by them. He urged those affected to come to Telangana Bhavan for assistance.
