4 Vizag girls leave homes to be independent; rescued in 12 hrs
The cops counselled the girls and handed them over to their parents
VISAKHAPATNAM: Four girls went missing in Visakhapatnam on Thursday but a note left behind by them made it clear that they had different ideas. The Class 10 girl students informed their parents in their note that they now wanted to lead their lives independently. They advised their parents not to look for them and promised to return once they found a strong footing in life.
The four girls, who are identified as residents of Visakhapatnam's Gajuwaka area, chose to leave their houses with their boyfriends and notified their parents in a note that they would only come home once they reached higher positions.
They also stated in their letter that their "parents would live on in their hearts forever". According to reports, the students left at 6 pm on Thursday evening and visited places such as Vizag beach, RTC complex and railway station.
According to reports, after a few hours of waiting, concerned parents approached the police and the officers promptly rushed to the scene, searched the city and found them in the Gajuwaka area itself within 12 hours. The cops counselled the girls and handed them over to their parents.
