ALLURI SITHARAMARAJU: A family in Andhra Pradesh seemingly took the "one family, one child" norm to a new level.
In Pedabayalu mandal of Alluri Sitharamaraju district, a man named Pandana married a second time when his first wife, Parvathamma, could not conceive. He had a child with his second wife, Appalamma, in 2007. Desiring another child, his first and second wives encouraged him to marry again. They themselves arranged his third marriage to Lavya, which took place on June 25, 2024.
The wedding invitation has since gone viral on social media, drawing significant attention. A user on Twitter asked whether the man would marry a fourth time if he wanted another child.
