AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Government has implemented revolutionary changes in governance and attained significant accomplishments despite numerous challenges, said Governor Abdul Nazeer on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day on Friday.

Addressing the Republic Day Parade, He underscored the significance of this progress, attributing it to the collaborative efforts and resilience of the people. He said, "As we celebrated 74 years of India as a Republic and step into the 75th year, I am proud to say that my Government continues to serve people with unwavering commitment and dedication to the ideals of the Constitution."

Addressing the audience during his Republic day speech Governor Abdul Nazeer highlighted the significance of the recently unveiled 206-foot-tall statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar said that the statue serves as a powerful symbol of the state's dedication to the Constitution. Over the past 56 months, the Andhra Pradesh Government has consistently demonstrated its dedication to the principles of Secularism, Socialism, Democracy, and Republic, he said.

Abdul Nazeer highlighted the Andhra Pradesh government's achievements, spanning administrative reforms, streamlined services through village and ward secretariats, healthcare improvements with numerous village health clinics, agricultural support via Rythu Bharosa Kendralu, extensive modernization of education institutions, and a focus on early childhood care through Anganwadi Centres.

He said, "Over the past 56 months, the Andhra Pradesh government has spearheaded transformative initiatives, introducing administrative reforms for village self-governance, establishing village/ward secretariats for streamlined services, and revolutionizing healthcare with 10,132 village health clinics. Agricultural support through 10,778 Rythu Bharosa Kendralu, a significant investment in modernizing education (56,703 institutions), and a focus on early childhood care in 55,607 Anganwadi Centers are key achievements. The YSR village digital Libraries in 12,979 Panchayats further showcase the commitment to education and youth empowerment.

"The Andhra Pradesh government has implemented transformative governance changes, emphasizing doorstep service delivery. This includes distributing ration through mobile units, providing pensions and nutrition at people's doorsteps, and introducing a Family Doctor program for regular health check-ups. The Jagananna Aarogya Suraksha initiative focuses on preventive healthcare, conducting door-to-door health assessments. Additionally, the Jagananna Suraksha program successfully addresses citizen service issues, delivering around 1 Cr certificates and documents directly to people's doorsteps. The government aims to ensure 100 percent saturation of welfare benefits, providing complete satisfaction to beneficiaries, " said Abdul Nazeer.
