AMARAVATI: In a big shock to former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu who is currently jailed in the multi-crore skill scam case, three of his bail petitions were struck down by the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday.
The court dealing with the anticipatory bail petitions in the Inner Ring Road (IRR) alignment scam, fibernet scam, and the attempt to murder case in the Angallu clashes dismissed the petitions under the ‘deemed custody’ clause that defines that a person must be physically present in court for seeking bail.
