AP High Court dismisses Sunita Reddy's petition regarding Vivekananda's murder case
KADAPA: The Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed Sunita Reddy's petition seeking dismissal of Kadapa court's order, which prohibited the discussion of the Vivekananda Reddy murder case during the election campaign.
The High Court instructed the Kadapa court to handle the matter independently. Consequently, the Kadapa Court conducted the investigation in accordance with the High Court's directives.
During the proceedings, the Kadapa Court considered arguments from both YS Sharmila and Sunita Reddy. Ultimately, the petition was dismissed, and Sharmila and Sunita were fined Rs. 10,000 by the Kadapa court.
