TIRUMALA: Soon devotees visiting Tirumala will have an opportunity to witness Vishwarupa darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy with the latest 7D technology getting ready with international standards at the SV Museum in Tirumala, said TTD Museum officer Krishna Reddy.

Speaking to media here on Friday, Krishna Reddy briefed on the various aspects of the ongoing works at the museum, which was set to be completed by the end of this year. TCS was contributing Rs 125 crore and another Rs 20 crore by MAP Systems towards this mega project on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative, he said.

Krishna Reddy said, “The museum is getting ready with three floors and 19 galleries. The sculptural splendor of the Tirumala temple, including the devotees and of the Lord and their contributions, the ancient war equipment, musical instruments, pooja paraphernalia galleries, etc., are said to amaze the devotees on the first floor. On the second floor there are the Virat Purusha, Brahma Maheshwara, Rig Veda and Yajur Veda galleries.”

The Museum officer said on the third floor, Brahmanda Gallery amuse the devotees with the latest 7D technology. As many as 17 Gopurams were also being readied which would be named after the ardent devotees of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy, which included Sri Ramanujacharya, Sri Adi Shankaracharya, Sri Madhwacharya, Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya, Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba etc. “Our intention is to provide a memorable experience to devotees by making them visit this state-of-the-art museum after having darshan of Mula Virat,” he said.

Museum curator Siva Kumar and other officials were also present.
