Don't give bail to Sunil Yadav, YS Vivekananda Reddy's family urges Telangana HC

HYDERABAD: The family of Former Andhra Pradesh Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, who was brutally murdered in 2019, on Thursday filed a petition in the Telangana High Court requesting it not to grant bail to Sunil Kumar Yadav, one of the accused in the case.
The Telangana High Court heard the bail petition as ordered by the Supreme Court.
YS Vivekananda Reddy’s wife Saubhagyamma, after impleading herself in the matter, appealed to the High Court that if bail was granted to the accused, there were chances that the witnesses could be manipulated by the accused.
Sunil Kumar Yadav, who handled YS Vivekananda’ Reddy's farms, is the A2 in the murder case.
The Telangana High Court said that arguments on Sunil Yadav’s bail would be heard on February 27.
