Former West Godavari TDP MLA meets YS Jagan, joins YSRCP

AMARAVATI: Pasala Kanaka Sundara Rao, former TDP MLA from Tadepalligudem, along with several other party leaders, joined the YSRCP in the presence of the Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday. The TDP leaders met the Chief Minister at the latter’s chamber in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly here.

Deputy Chief Minister and Endowments Minister K Satyanarayana, Civil Supplies Minister Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao, AP Assembly Chief Whip M Prasad Raju and other YSRCP leaders were present on this occasion.

Newly elected MLCs call on YS Jagan

Earlier in the day, newly elected MLCs from Local Bodies Constitutencies called on Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the latter’s chamber in the Legislative Assembly.

The Chief Minister appreciated MLC-elect Narthu Rama Rao, P Chandrasekhar Reddy, Kavuru Srinivas and V Ravindranath. The new MLCs thanked the Chief Minister for giving them an opportunity to render their services in the Legislative Council.

Several ministers, MLAs and MLCs were also present on this occasion.
