IRR case: AP High Court posts further hearing on Chandrababu Naidu’s anticipatory bail to November 22
Advocate General Subramanyam Sriram sought an adjournment because the accused was on interim bail in the skill development scam case
AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday posted further hearing on the anticipatory bail petition of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to November 22, in connection with the Amaravati Inner Ring Road (IRR) scam case.
Advocate General Subramanyam Sriram while assuring the court that the Government would not insist on arresting Naidu on a PT warrant in the IRR case, sought an adjournment because the accused was on interim bail in the skill development scam case.
