Jagan to travel to UK, Vijayasai Reddy to US
The CBI court in Hyderabad granted permission for their respective foreign tours in September
HYDERABAD: In a big relief for Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and YSRCP MP V Vijaysai Reddy, the CBI court in Hyderabad has granted permission for both of them to travel abroad.
Earlier this week, both Jagan and Vijaysai Reddy had filed petitions in the CBI court seeking permission to travel abroad. The court had sought the CBI's opinion and gave its verdict on Wednesday.
The CBI court granted permission for Jagan's foreign tour from September 2 to 12 this year. According to the YSRCP, Jagan would travel to Europe on September 2 along with his wife Bharati Reddy where they would be spending time with thier daughter who is studying in London.
Meanwhile, Vijayasai Reddy had asked the court to allow him to visit USA, UK, Germany, Dubai and Singapore to sign agreements on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh Government with universities of the respective countries. The court granted permission to the MP for a month.
