Skill scam: Supreme Court to hear Naidu’s quash petition on Wednesday

Naidu approached the Supreme Court on Saturday against the AP High Court’s September 22 order refusing to quash an FIR filed against him in the skill development scam case

NEW DELHI: A bench consisting of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud posted a hearing on Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s quash petition to Wednesday.

The Supreme Court declined to consider an out-of-turn plea of Naidu on Monday but agreed to post the case for hearing and advised his counsel to make a mention on Tuesday. However, the CJI, taking note of the mention memo filed by Naidu’s counsel decided to take up the petition for hearing on Wednesday.
