NANDIGAMA: A stone was hurled by an unidentified miscreant at TDP President Chandrababu Naidu's convoy in Nandigama on Friday, resulting in a bleeding injury to his security officer. The incident happened during a roadshow organised by the TDP chief in Nandigama.
Naidu, who was welcomed by the TDP leaders and cadre, embarked on his roadshow before a stone was hurled at his convoy. The missile hit his security officer Madhu Babu on the chin, resulting in a bleeding injury.
Condemning the attack, Chandrababu Naidu blamed it on the YSRCP, saying that the YS Jaganmohan Reddy-led Government was resorting to this type of physical assaults, unable to counter the TDP. He warned the ruling party men with severe consequences in future for their misdeeds.
