Weather plays spoilsport at the Mahanadu venue

A huge NTR cutout fell down on the VIP tent when gusty gale winds lashed the Vemagiri grounds, the venue of the two-day Mahanadu. With the day-long hot weather suddenly turning into a dust storm the TDP leadership had a tough time convincing the audience not to turn back. They have to invoke the blessings of the founder of TDP late NTR to pacify the agitated cadre. Everyone heaved a sigh of relief when it was announced that young leader Nara Lokesh has left the VIP tent minutes before it collapsed. However, the bad weather subsided and the proceedings of the second day of the TDP convention started.
