AMARAVATI: The special court for NIA (national a investigation agency) ruled that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy be called for deposing in a case related to an attack on him.

The court said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which was handling the YS Jaganmohan Reddy attack case, should prepare a schedule for the Chief Minister to attend the court.

Visakhapatnam Airport Assistant Commandant Raghava, who was an eyewitness in the case, did not attend the trial. Owing to this, the court had ordered the NIA to present a schedule and said that Jagan should also be called to the trial.

The court adjourned the next hearing to February 15 and asked Jagan to appear for hearing that day.
