YS Jagan to announce YSRCP candidates list on March 16, to kickstart election campaign

AMARAVATHI: Ahead of the upcoming elections, YSR Congress president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is set to announce the list of party candidates on March 16. Jagan, who is scheduled to visit Idupulapaya, will announce the list of selected candidates for both Assembly and Lok Sabha seats and start the election campaign.
The Chief Minister will commence the election campaign, starting from Ichchapuram in Srikakulam district on March 18 followed by a campaign in Vijayawada West and Nellore Rural constituencies on the same day. The YSRCP president would participate in two or three daily roadshows and party leaders are actively involved in designing the route map for Jagan's campaign.

It may be recalled that Jagan has already changed the in-charges of 77 Assembly constituencies and 23 Parliament constituencies who would be contesting in the elections. During his campaign tours, Jagan is expected to release the party's election manifesto to appease the people with welfare schemes.
