YSRCP approaches High Court seeking CBI probe into Tirumala laddu controversy

HYDERABAD: YSR Congress Party's Rajya Sabha MP and former TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy filed a lunch motion petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Friday, demanding a CBI probe into the allegations of adulteration of Tirumala laddu.

His lawyer, Sudhakar Reddy, presented the case before the Chief Justice, calling for an inquiry by a sitting judge or a High Court committee to uncover the truth behind Naidu's allegations. The petition seeks an investigation to clarify the claims and determine whether there was any truth to the accusations. The High Court has scheduled the next hearing for September 25.
