AP High Court allows CID probe against rebel YSRC MP Raghurama Raju

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday allowed the CID police of the AP State Government to interrogate an impudent MP of YSR Congress from Narsapuram Lok Sabha constituency K Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju . The CID registered a case against him on the charges of indulging in a vilification campaign against the State Government.

However, Raju approached the High Court urging to quash the cases and also stall all the proceedings in this matter. The court, however, upon hearing the matter directed the CID to conduct the interrogation in Dilkusha guest house in Hyderabad. The court rejected the petition of the MP.
