Gannavaram students protest pollution-causing lorries near school

GANNAVARAM: Students of Gollanapalli village of Gannavaram mandal, Krishna district staged a protest on Monday against huge lorries that pass by their school posing as a major threat to their lives.

Students said that they were falling sick after inhaling dust particles emitted by the lorries and it was unsafe for them to walk on the roads.

The students requested the officials to respond to their pleas immediately and take action.
