Seeds gas leak: Jagan orders high-level committee probe

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Wednesday asked officials to form a high-level committee to investigate the gas leak incident which happened at Seeds apparel manufacturing unit inside Brandix SEZ in Atchutapuram of Ankapalli district on Tuesday.

He also inquired about the medical assistance being provided to the victims. Apart from finding out the reasons, he also asked officials to take preventive measures and ensure that similar incidents did not recur in future.

Jagan also asked them to conduct safety audits in all the industries of the State.
