Tiger spotted in Vishakapatnam forest

AMARAVATI: A Royal Bengal Tiger was sighted in the forests of Anakapalli district.

The forest officals have captured the visuals of a Royal Bengal Tiger roaming and eating a buffalo around the Vissannapeta forest area of Bayyavaram, Kashinkota mandal in Anakapalli district.

The tiger, which was lurking around in the erstwhile East Godavari and Visakhapatnam districts, had killed a buffalo at Vissannapeta in Kasimkota mandal.

Forest and revenue officials asked nearby villagers to stay indoors. They asked them not to panic and should not let the cattle out for grazing.
