Walk for a cleaner Ramakrishna Beach

HYDERABAD: Vishakhapatnam District Collector Mallikarjuna Rao, along with Greater Vishakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner Laxmi Shah and TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy, participated in a 'beach walk' on Ramakrishna Beach on Tuesday.

The beach walk was intended to administer strategies for keeping the beach clean and to discuss ideas for improving tourism in the area. The officials spoke to walkers at the beach and elicited suggestions on what can be done to maintain the cleanliness.

Brahmin Corporation chairman Seethamraju Sudhakar and GVMC officials also attended the event.
