Akkineni Naga Chaitanya express no regrets for 'Bollywood' failure

HYDERABAD: Akkineni Naga Chaitanya made his Bollywood debut in "Laal Singh Chaddha" alongside Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor. The film did not meet the expectations and remained a flop at the box office. Meanwhile, Chay recently reflected on his experience in a candid interview. Directed by Advait Chandan and inspired by "Forrest Gump," the movie was released on August 11, 2022.

Despite the film facing challenges at the box office, Naga Chaitanya expressed no regrets about being a part of the project. Chay highlighted the invaluable learning he gained from working alongside Aamir Khan.

Addressing the film's reception, Naga conveyed that even if he had been aware of the potential challenges "Laal Singh Chaddha" might encounter, he would still have eagerly taken on the role. According to him, the experience of collaborating with Aamir Khan was itself a significant reward.

Naga Chaitanya's most recent appearance was in the OTT series "Dhootha," directed by Vikram K Kumar. The series is premiering on Amaon Prime Video.
