HYDERABAD: Pan-Indian film 'Animal' is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and it stars Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. The film has made a significant impact at the box office.

In the first two days, the movie amassed Rs. 236 crores, and its collections continued to surge on the third day, reaching a total of Rs. 356 crores. The film has garnered positive reviews since its release.

"Animal" surpassed the three-day collection of Shahrukh Khan starrer "Pathan" but fell short of breaking the record set by "Jawan," directed by Atlee Kumar.

While "Jawan" entered the Rs. 384 crore club in the first three days, "Animal" secured Rs. 356 crore. "Pathan" collected Rs. 313 crores in the same period. "Animal" currently holds the second position in terms of collections among films released this year.

On Sunday, "Animal" witnessed a significant increase in occupancy in the Hindi market, and as days pass, theaters are experiencing a surge in response. According to film trade sources, the global gross collections for "Animal" stand at Rs. 356 crores, with domestic net collections at Rs. 203 crores. Analysts predict that "Animal" could potentially reach the 800-crore mark in the market.

The worldwide collections for "Animal" in three days are as follows:

- Telugu States: Rs. 40.05 crores

- Tamil Nadu: Rs. 4.45 crores

- Karnataka: Rs. 16.75 crores

- Kerala: Rs. 1.30 crores

- Bollywood: Rs. 178.05 crores

- Overseas: Rs. 115.05 crores
