Anjali reacts to comparisons with Sreeleela!

HYDERABAD: During the press meeting of Geethanjali 2, one of the journalists asked actress Anjali about slowing down in her career and also asked why she is not doing films regularly. The journalist even compared Anjali to Sreeleela in terms of the number of films the latter is doing.

In response, Anjali asserted that she wouldn't be considered the journalist's favorite heroine if she didn't secure a break. She highlighted that her career choices are based on her interest in scripts and roles that provide opportunities for self-expression.

When the journalist was about to inquire about Anjali compared to another actress, Sreeleela, Anjali interjected, stating that she doesn't compete for specific rankings. Anjali further explained her approach to film projects, expressing a preference for quality over quantity. She mentioned that while she could take on multiple films simultaneously, she values doing meaningful work and is selective about projects that offer roles to prove herself.

For sure, Anjali seem to get offended by the question, and as a matter of fact, both Anjali and Sreeleela are not even contemporaries.
