Another shock hits 'Guntur Kaaram' with DOP PS Vinod reportedly quitting the film
The highly anticipated film "Guntur Kaaram," featuring Mahesh Babu and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons
HYDERABAD: The highly anticipated film "Guntur Kaaram," featuring Mahesh Babu and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The movie has become one of the most controversial projects in Tollywood, with rumors swirling about creative differences, script changes, and reshoots. There is new speculation about the film's cinematographer.
The latest development is that the cinematographer PS Vinod, who has had a 5-year association with Trivikram Srinivas as a cinematographer, has walked out of the film due to creative differences.
Vinod has previously worked with the director on successful films like "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava" and "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo," and "Guntur Kaaram" which marked their third collaboration. However, the differences in the sets of the new film have led to Vinod's exit. But there is no official confirmation of the same.
Earlier, rumors suggested that music composer S Thaman had also walked out of the film due to creative differences. However, Thaman later clarified that these rumors were baseless and untrue. Still, there is no clarity as the sources say Thaman will score the BGM alone.
"Guntur Kaaram" marks the return of the successful duo Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas after a decade. Their previous collaborations, "Athadu" and "Khaleja," were blockbuster hits, and fans eagerly await their new project.
