HYDERABAD: After a break from the silver screen, Anushka Shetty is all set to make a powerful comeback with the comic caper titled "Ms. Shetty Mr. Polishetty," which also stars the talented actor Naveen Polishetty. However, the film's release has encountered a few roadblocks, and the team is yet to finalize a date.
The film's producers are currently engaged in discussions with potential buyers, but the process is taking longer than expected. Unlike in the past, Anushka's movies are not selling like hot cakes, and this has resulted in a delay in the release of "Ms. Shetty Mr. Polishetty."
One of the factors contributing to this delay is the change in Anushka's on-screen image. The makers, in a bid to create the right buzz, organized special screenings for industry insiders and audiences.
The makers "Ms. Shetty Mr. Polishetty" is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the film reaches a wide audience and lives up to the expectations. The film unit is now contemplating either August 25 or September 15 to bring the film to theatres.
