Balakrishna's Chenna Kesava Reddy is set for a re-release

Re-releasing and arranging special shows for the restored versions of old hits has become a new trend in Tollywood. In the recent past, we have witnessed special shows of Okkadu, Pokiri, Jalsa, Thammudu and Gharana Mogudu. Now, Chenna Kesava Reddy is all set to join the list.

Directed by VV Vinayak, Chenna Kesava Reddy featured Nandamuri Balakrishna, Tabu and Shriya in the lead roles. The story was set against the backdrop of Rayalaseema and Balayya played a dual role in it. Chenna Kesava Reddy was a hit at that time and still, people enjoy a few songs, dialogues and sequences of the movie.

Now, the film is getting re-released in various areas across the globe on the occasion of its 20th release anniversary. These special shows will be held on September 24 and September 25. Already, bookings have started in the USA. Many theatres are being added as well.
