The announcement of the new release date for "Salaar" has sent ripples through the Telugu film industry, leading several movie producers to reconsider their release plans. Some opt to reschedule their releases, while others are eyeing the Sankranti festival as a potential release date. However, there is huge pressure on the makers of 'Hanu-Man' to change their film's release date.
As of now, there is already a lineup of movies vying for a Sankranti release, including "Guntur Kaaram," "Naa Saami Ranga," "Eagle," and more. Reportedly, a couple of producers approached the makers of "Hanu-Man" with a request to shift their release date from Sankranti to Republic Day.
However, the "Hanu-Man" team has decided to stick to their original release date, citing prior planning and commitments. With limited options, some other movie producers are considering postponing their releases from December to different months to avoid clashing with big-ticket films.
"Hanu-Man" features Teja Sajja in the lead role, with Amritha Aiyer as the female lead. The film's team seems determined to hold onto their chosen release date, adding an interesting twist to the competitive release calendar. Prashanth Varma is the film's director.
