In the recently released movie, Rathika portrayed the character of a Minister who delivers her lines only in English. The particular character reportedly was aimed as a satire on one of the ruling party members in Andhra Pradesh. But, the character evoked laughs in theatres.
While her role in the film was minor, Rathika Rose received attention from the audience, with some even shouting "Bigg Boss Rathika" during her scenes.
