Box-Office: Shah Rukh Khan sets a new record!

HYDERABAD: The latest Bollywood blockbuster "Jawan," featuring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, has set a new box office record. The movie has crossed the Rs. 1000 crore mark worldwide in 18 days. Shah Rukh Khan has become the first Indian actor to be part of two Rs. 1000 crore clubs in the same year.

The fans are optimistic that "Jaawan" will continue to perform well and might even surpass the Rs. 1500 crore mark. Notably, "Paraan" crossed the Rs. 1000 crore milestone worldwide on February 21, a few weeks after its release on January 25. In comparison, "Jaawan" achieved this feat in just 18 days.

Directed by Atlee and produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment, Jawan had Nayanthara as the heroine. The film also features an ensemble cast, including Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya.

On the work front, Shah Rukh's next release is Dunki which will release towards the year end.
