HYDERABAD: Natural Star Nani scored his career's biggest hit with Dasara. Released on March 30, this film went on to become a massive success at the box office. It was directed by debutant Srikanth Odela and featured Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.
People appreciated Dasara's rooted setup, rustic making and Nani's terrific performance. After a sensational theatrical run, Dasara premiered on Netflix the other day. The movie is continuing its rampage even in the OTT arena. Right from the premiere day, Dasara started trending on the top charts.
Dasara's Telugu version is in the first position on Netflix India's trending list. The Tamil version is in the third position. People who missed watching it in theatres and people who loved the film, are now enjoying it on Netflix. It is expected to continue its superb performance in the digital arena in the coming days as well.
Kannada actor Deekshith Shetty and Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko played vital roles in Dasara. Sai Kumar, Samuthirakani and Jhansi played other important roles in it. Santosh Narayanan composed the music for the film. Sudhakar Cherukuri has bankrolled the project under his banner SLV Cinemas.
