Yesteryear angry young man Dr. Rajasekhar who redefined angry roles back in the 90s is not very active in acting. Despite shining in a couple of movies, as the lead actor, Dr. Rajasekhar is now contemplating to play character artist roles in the upcoming Telugu films. If the reports are true, he will be seen in an interesting project.
It appears that the right opportunity has now come his way in the form of Nithiin's "Extra-Ordinary Man." Rajasekhar is rumored to have joined the film's cast for a special role, marking his return to the big screen. If this role garners appreciation, we may see more of Rajasekhar in a variety of villain and character roles.
Rajasekhar's last film "Sekhar" did not perform as well at the box office, and Rajasekhar took a brief hiatus from acting. While other veteran actors like Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth continued to find opportunities in character and villain roles, Rajasekhar remained selective, vowing to return to the screen only if offered a role similar to Aravind Swamy's character in "Dhruva."
As of now, there is no official confirmation on Rajasekhar's inclusion in the project and a formal announcement is awaited.
