HYDERABAD: In the new year, Bollywood has an exciting lineup of movies, with titles like 'Pathan,' 'Jawan,' 'Gadar 2,' and 'Animal' creating anticipation. Last year, Salaar and Animal garnered significant attention, setting the stage for a more dynamic year in 2024. While the Bollywood releases might not be as abundant, other language films are expected to gain recognition.
Notable films in the new year include Ajay Devgn's 'Singam Again,' Hrithik Roshan's 'Fighter,' and Akshay Kumar's 'The Jungle.' Alia Bhatt is set to feature in 'Bade Mian Chote Mian' and 'Jigra.'
At the same time, the combination of Prabhas and Nag Ashwin brings the Pan-India film 'Kalki 2898 Hours' with stars like Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Dulquer Salmaan, and Amitabh Bachchan.
The year also promises heroine-oriented films, such as 'The Crew' starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, and Kajol's 'Do Patti.' Pankaj Tripathi will portray the late PM Atal Bihar Vajpayee in a political drama biopic, and Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency' will showcase her as Indira Gandhi.
