First Look: Nagarjuna arrives in style with 'Naa Saami Ranga'

HYDERABAD: After a brief hiatus, Nagarjuna Akkineni has taken a significant step forward by signing his next project. The actor is set to unveil choreographer Vijay Binni as the director in his upcoming venture. Coinciding with Nagarjuna's birthday, the film has been officially announced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen.

Described as a mass entertainer, the film is titled "Naa Saami Ranga," a nod to the super hit song from Nagarjuna's father ANR's repertoire. The film's first look unveils a rugged version of Nagarjuna, complete with a beard and disheveled hair. The glimpse presents Nagarjuna's character engaging in an intense action sequence, thwarting those attempting to assassinate him.

Director Karuna Kumar, known for his work in "Palasa," appears negatively in this movie. The visuals in the glimpse are striking, complemented by a dynamic background score that elevates the impact. The teaser is tailor-made to resonate with mass audiences.

The film, which will feature music by the acclaimed MM Keeravani, is presented by Pavan Kumar. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada pens the story and dialogues. The project is set to commence filming shortly.

Nagarjuna is positioning himself to enter the Sankranti race with this movie. As per the makers' announcement, "Naa Saami Ranga" is slated for release during the Sankranti festival in 2024.
