HYDERABAD: Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, is a highly anticipated film in Telugu. Shankar is the film's director who is also working on Indian 2. However, recent reports suggest another director, Sailesh Kolanu, will shoot the film along with Shankar.
The film's producer, Dil Raju, is reportedly keen on sticking to the planned release date initially set for Sankranti. Despite the multiple postponements, there were concerns about whether the film would meet its scheduled release date.
The sources close to the film unit confirmed that Sailesh Kolanu will only be handling the second unit portions of the film, while Shankar himself will still direct the main scenes. Already, Sailesh shot some scenes in the film with character artists. The team began a new schedule yesterday, where Shankar canned some action scenes on Ram Charan.
Balancing the shoot of two big-budget mainstream films simultaneously is undoubtedly a challenging task. Still, director Shankar is handling them well and is also expressing confidence in the success of both films.
With Sailesh Kolanu lending his expertise to the second unit of Game Changer, the film's team is working towards meeting the release date while ensuring a seamless filmmaking process.
