HYDERABAD: The success of RRR made SS Rajamouli a global phenomenon. He recently attended the RRR screenings all over North America and also kickstarted its Oscar campaign. Meanwhile, western audiences are pretty excited about his next flick after watching RRR.
It is already known that Rajamouli will work with Superstar Mahesh Babu for his next film. Tentatively called SSMB 29, this film is expected to hit the floors in 2023. Thus, there is almost a year for the film to get kickstarted.
When asked about it in his recent interviews, Rajamouli said that it will be a globe-trotting action adventure and the biggest film of his career. After his statement, the word 'globe-trotting' went viral all over social media. The word itself increased the hype around the film.
In the middle of all this hype, we need to understand that there is a lot of time for this project to get started. In the meantime, Mahesh will be coming up with SSMB 28, which is being directed by Trivikram.
Will SSMB 29's buzz sustain when SSMB 28 is around the corner? Or will SSMB 29's current buzz affects SSMB 28's fate and makes it go unnoticed?
