I will direct Aditya 999 myself: Balakrishna

HYDERABAD: Aditya 369 was one of the biggest hits in Tollywood. Often, it is termed a classic science fiction film in Telugu cinema. Making a sequel to it has been a long-lasting dream for Nandamuri Balakrishna. In a recent episode of his talk show Unstoppable 2, Balakrishna said that he already has a story idea for Aditya 369's sequel, Aditya 999.
He stated that he writing the story himself. Now, he revealed that he will direct the film as well. Balayya is in plans of taking it on the floors next year. He revealed this information while speaking at the trailer launch event of Vishwak Sen's Das Ka Dhamki.
Balayya said that the trailer is very good and wished the team all the best. He hoped that the film becomes a big hit at the box office. He opined that Vishwak Sen is one of the most hardworking young heroes in the industry. He added that he reminisces about the films he did at a young age while watching Vishwak's movies.
Meanwhile, Das Ka Dhamki is slated for a worldwide release in February 2023. Vishwak Sen is directing the project apart from playing the lead role in it.
