HYDERABAD: Manoj Bajpayee is the celebrated star of the country and he is coming up with yet another interesting project titled 'Joram.'
The film unit launched the teaser which has many interesting elements including some thrilling yet disturbing visuals.
The teaser creates a sense of imminent danger as a woman's voice warns that the Maoist has arrived in Mumbai, and anything can happen.
Directed by Devashish Makhija, 'Joram' is a survival thriller drama that follows the story of a displaced indigenous man named Dasru, portrayed by Manoj Bajpayee.
The film depicts a bereaved father on the run with his infant daughter across half the country to escape the ghosts of his past and the forces determined to end his life.
Devashish Makhija and Manoj Bajpayee have previously collaborated on projects like the short film 'Taandav' and the highly acclaimed film 'Bhonsle,' for which Bajpayee won the National Award.
The film will have a theatrical release on December 8, 2023.
