HYDERABAD: Due to her marriage and pregnancy, actress Kajal Aggarwal stayed away from work for a long time in the last three years. After a significant gap, she got back to work recently. She is currently shooting for the film Indian 2, which is directed by Shankar. Kamal Haasan plays the lead hero in it.
According to the Kollywood reports, Kajal will be playing a 90-year-old woman in this movie. She will be seen as the wife of older Kamal Haasan. Apparently, she is undergoing makeup for more than three and a half hours every day of the shoot.
As there are many prosthetic procedures involved to make her look like an old woman, it takes her time to get into the 'skin' of that character. Indian 2 features Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the other key roles.
Indian 2 is a sequel to the super hit film Indian (Bharateeyudu in Telugu). It is currently in the shooting stage. The makers are planning to release it during Diwali this year. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for it.
