HYDERABAD: The highly-anticipated film, which marks the collaboration of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam after a long hiatus, has officially been titled "Thug Life."
On November 6, the production team delighted fans by unveiling the title in an intriguing announcement video.
The title announcement video has heightened anticipation, promising an intense cinematic experience. Positioned as a classic gangster drama, the title teaser sets the stage for a compelling mass entertainment. However, the surprising element is the movie set in a different setup.
Additionally, on November 6, it was revealed that Jayam Ravi, Dulquer Salmaan, and Trisha have been roped in to play pivotal roles in the film.
This project marks the reunion of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, 35 years after their iconic collaboration in "Nayakan."
"Thug Life" is a collaborative production between Raajkamal Films International, Madras Talkies, Red Giant Movies, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth.
The film boasts a talented technical crew, featuring the acclaimed composer AR Rahman, cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, editor Sreekar Prasad, and the accomplished stunt choreographer duo Anbariv.
