Malli Pelli Trailer: Naresh and Pavitra in an interesting romantic saga

HYDERABAD: Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh's Malli Pelli garnered attention right from its announcement. The teaser was released recently and got a thumping response from the audience. It showcased the real-life incidents of Naresh and Pavitra. This morning, the makers unveiled the film's theatrical trailer.

Just like the teaser, even the trailer was cut in an interesting way. Naresh plays the role of a superstar who is going through a marital crisis. The same is the case with Pavitra, who plays the role of a Kannada actress. Both of them meet on the sets of a film and fall for each other.

The film seems to be a semi-biographical drama of both the actors and their love story. The news we have seen in the media was recreated interestingly in the film. On the whole, the trailer further raises the curiosity on this movie.

Malli Pelli is directed by MS Raju. Sarath Babu, Jayasudha, Ananya Nagalla, Vanitha Vijaykumar and Annapurna play the other key roles in the movie. Naresh himself is bankrolling the project. Suresh Bobbili and Aruldev composed music for the film. It is set for a worldwide release on May 26.
