Nagarjuna Akkineni to team up with Sekhar Kammula but not for a solo film!

HYDERABAD: The anticipation for Shekhar Kammula's upcoming film starring the immensely talented actor Dhanush has been steadily building up. And the excitement only intensified when it was revealed that the charismatic Nagarjuna Akkineni would be playing this significant cameo.

Interestingly, the film marks a special connection between the Akkineni family and Shekhar Kammula. Nagarjuna's wife, Amala Akkineni, previously worked with the director in the film "Life is Beautiful," while the actor's elder son, Naga Chaitanya, also collaborated with Shekhar in "Love Story." Now, it's Nagarjuna's turn to join this esteemed list of collaborations with the talented director.

Dhanush, who already enjoys a massive fan following in Telugu, is eagerly looking forward to his return to the Telugu audience with this straight movie under the direction of Shekhar Kammula. Having earned immense popularity in Telugu cinema with the film "Sir," his collaboration with the acclaimed director Shekhar Kammula has heightened the anticipation for this project.

Rashmika Mandanna has been cast as the leading lady opposite Dhanush. AR Rahman is said to be in consideration to compose the music for the film.
