HYDERABAD: It is already known that actors Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh tied the knot earlier this year. The couple were seeing each other for a long time and got married a few weeks ago. Now, they have teamed up to play lead roles in an upcoming film.
Titled Malli Pelli, this movie was announced earlier today. Naresh is producing the project himself under the banner of Vijaya Krishna Movies. Popular producer and director MS Raju is the writer and director of the movie. Along with the title announcement, the makers released a video this morning.
In the promo video, we can see Pavitra making a rangoli while Naresh is keenly looking at her by bending on his knee. Malli Pelli will be made as a Telugu-Kannada bilingual movie. The background score by music director Suresh Bobbili is soothing.
Reportedly, the film features Jayasudha and Sarathbabu in pivotal roles. The film celebrates 50 years of Naresh's acting career. MN Bal Reddy is handling the cinematography of this movie. Malli Pelli will hit the screens this summer. More details about the film will be announced in the coming days.
