HYDERABAD: Actor Navdeep ventured into the OTT space long back and has acted in various web series like Gang Stars, Ragini MMS: Returns 2, Masti's and Ram Yug. Now, he is coming back with his new OTT series, Newsense. The teaser of this series was unveiled this morning.
The story of Newsense is set in the backdrop of Madanapalle in 2003. It is based on the true incidents that happened at that time. In the teaser, we get a glimpse of a political rally in which a chappal is thrown at a leader upon the instruction of a reporter (Navdeep).
Going by the teaser, it looks like Navdeep's character will be driving the story and playing mind games to control the politics of that region. Even Bindu Madhavi is seen as a reporter in this series. As of now, we cannot figure out the exact story but it looks like Newsense is going to be an intriguing political drama.
It is directed by Sri Prawin Kumar. Suresh Bobbili composed the music for it. People Media Factor bankrolled the project. Newsense will premiere on Aha very soon.
