One year for Vishnu as MAA president: Where is the MAA building?

HYDERABAD: It has been a year since Manchu Vishnu's tenure started as the president of the Movie Artists Association (MAA). We all remember how dramatically the MAA elections were held last year. In such a dramatic contention, Vishnu defeated Prakash Raj and became the president of MAA.

On the occasion of completing one year of his service, Vishnu held a press meet recently in Hyderabad. During the meeting, he spoke about the initiatives he took up as the president of MAA.

One of the key promises in Vishnu's manifesto was the construction of MAA building. He said that he would start the construction soon after becoming the president.

Even though it has been a year, the construction hasn't started yet. Vishnu said that he proposed a couple of ideas for MAA building's construction. He said that the building would be half an hour away from Film Nagar. He also said that he would contrast a new building at the place where the Film Chamber exists now and bears all the costs of it.

Once again, Vishnu made only promises, and we have to see when this promise will be fulfilled.
