HYDERABAD: Nation's crush Rashmika Mandanna is busy with multiple projects in various languages. This morning, she launched her new film. Titled Rainbow, this movie happens to be her first female-oriented project. The launch ceremony was held in Hyderabad.
Rainbow is directed by newcomer Shantharuban. According to the makers, the film is a breezy romantic fantasy which is very unique and entertaining. It was stated the film will be emotionally striking and will also enthral with innovative storytelling. It features Malayalam actor Dev Mohan as the lead hero. Dev will be soon seen in Samantha's Shaakuntalam.
Rainbow is produced by popular Tamil producers SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures. It is the production house's second Telugu project, after Oke Oka Jeevitham. It is informed that the regular shooting will begin on April 7.
Justin Prabhakaran is composing the music for this film. National award-winning Production designer Banglan came on board for the movie. KM. Bhaskaran will handle the cinematography. E. Sangathamizhan is the editor of the project. More details about the rest of the cast are expected to be announced soon.
